Heidi Taylor
Heidi is a 2002 graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA degree and a double major in marketing and management. While at TTU Heidi was an active and engaged member of the campus community. She was a resident assistant and an officer in the Tech Marketing Association. First, Heidi was the Sports Marketing officer where she organized the largest golf tournament ever and raised the largest amount of funds in the history of the organization (two records that still stand in 2009!). She also held the important office of Treasurer. These experiences prepared Heidi well for the business world. She began her career with Cintas as a management trainee and then moved into sales. As a sales representative she was ranked 6th out of 792 sales reps for most installed dollars, she exceed her sales quota by 141%, was ranked 2nd in the Southwest Region, she headed up new sales division (Ultra Clean), and she was recognized as the “Rookie of the Quarter.” Today Heidi is with Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals where her career highlights include the President’s Club in 2007, rookie of the Region 2007, #1 Sales Rep out of 59 in her Region, and #9 Sales Rep out of 525 in the nation. A TTU education, early sales experience in her role with TMA and a great deal of ambition have made Heidi very successful!

Nicole Havrilla
Nicole graduated from TTU with a BBA in marketing in only three and a half years. Nicole is a devoted Red Raider and has served as Texas Tech Alumni Association Chapter President for the Fort Worth area from 2000 to 2003. During this time Nicole received recognition for highest fund-raising event in Fort Worth and she developed and marketed effectively the advertising campaign for Annual Tech Fest. Nicole began her career with the 3M Company in; Denver, Colorado as an Account/Marketing Manager. While with 3M Nicole achieved the highest territory sales ranking on new products resulting from in-service, marketing and relationship building efforts. Next, Nicole joined the staff of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas as the Operation Team Marketing Director where she managed public and media relations. She was quickly promoted to the Association Marketing and Design Director where she led marketing efforts for the 23 branches in Dallas. Today Nicole is the Marketing and Communications Director for Amarillo EDC where she manages all marketing efforts to promote the City of Amarillo to new and existing businesses and industry for capital investment and job creation. Her work includes the foundational marketing activity of the Amarillo EDC and guiding the organization with a flow of creative ideas focused on the mission of the Amarillo EDC. In addition, Nicole has returned to her alma matter to earn her MBA in the new Executive MBA program.
Angela Jiura
Angela (AJ) found a love for nonprofit organizations as a volunteer and an employee. After leaving Lubbock, AJ worked for Cintas as a sales associate and gained an immense amount of knowledge in the year that she worked there. Since 2003, AJ has worked for nonprofit organizations in fund-development, event planning and volunteer management. Aj says,"thanks to my professors and my involvement in TMA, I was able to recognize my passion for the nonprofit industry and quickly decided that I would make nonprofits the focus of my life and career". She have been working for KERA in Dallas since August 2006. KERA 13 and KERA 90.1 are the public television and radio stations for North Texas, touching the lives of nearly 2.5 million people every week via television, radio and the Internet. KERA 13 consistently ranks as one of the most-watched public television stations in the country.
